  Note: Oriole members are permitted to attend board meetings (although they may be asked to leave temporarily during Executive Session). Board of Directors Forum:

In addition to the scheduled monthly meetings, the Board also meets as needed via an online Forum to resolve timely issues of club business.  Robert’s Rules of Order are observed and the results of Forum voting are published here following each such vote.
