DACVO. ✦ Fee: $65/dog for members//$75 for non-members ✦ Registration opens August 18, 2025 This clinic is for clearance of breeding dogs or dogs being screened for eye disease. Mixed breeds welcome! This is NOT for dogs with known eye disease or dogs currently on eye medications! Registrations must be received no later than Oct 8, 2025. After your registration is confirmed, please fill out a form at OFA online. Bring a printed copy to the clinic. You must have registration number and permanent ID (chip #). Some paper exam forms will be available, but OFA online is preferred! You will receive an email confirming we have received your registration and payment. Exam appointments will be confirmed by email by October 11, 2025. We must receive your registration before you fill out online forms. Female dogs in heat MUST have panties on! We reserve the right to refuse an exam for any aggressive/unruly dogs.  Check in and eye drop applications start at 9:00am. Exams start at 9:30am.
