This is a DRAFT only of an emerging policy under discussion.

Ring rentals are available to Contributing Members. In addition, an individual or business entity may enter into a contractual arrangement with the club to rent either a weekly block of time for a specified date range or a single designated date/time period.

Ad-Hoc Rentals

Routine ‘Ad-Hoc’ ring rentals are currently scheduled through the ODTC Calendar & Building Rental Coordinator at building@orioledogclub.club

Scheduling preference for Ad-Hoc ring rentals is explained in the Club Policy manual under the Building Reservation Policy. Other topics such as regarding who may accompany a member for an ad-hoc ring rental is explained there as well.

Contributing Members work with their designated Training Director or Board Member to receive credits for their service that can be used toward ring rentals.

Ad-Hoc Ring rental rates are as follows:

Agility Ring	$30/hour
Obedience Ring 1	$15/hour
Obedience Ring 2	$15/hour
Blue Room + Dock (i.e. suitable for nosework training)	$20/hour
Obedience Rings + Dock (i.e. suitable for flyball training)	$40/hour

Contractor / Group Rentals

Contracted ring rental arrangements are arranged through the club Vice-President. This applies to arrangements for weekly time blocks of time and/or multiple ring configurations for formal training events or trials. Base rates start at the following, but may be more depending on additional facilities/equipment used:

Blue Room + Dock (i.e. suitable for nosework training)	$24/hour
