Our annual summer canine health screening clinic is on for Sunday, August 9, 2015.   The following tests are available:

Eye Clinic – Dr. Jennifer A Hyman MA, VMD, DACVO

• OFA ECR / CERF Exam $35.00
• Gonioscopy $35.00

Cardiac Clinic – Dr. Richard Cober, DVM, Diplomate, ACVIM (Cardiology)

• OFA Heart Auscultation (9 am – 11 am)  $40.00
• Echocardiogram (11 am – 2 pm)  $200.00

Appointments are by pre-registration only.  To register, click on and print the form below.   The completed form must be received with payment on or before the closing date of July 22, 2015.
