Quarterly General Membership Meetings:

Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the Oriole building at 1pm and via Zoom. This meeting will be held before the Annual Awards.

Board of Directors Meeting:

  Note: Oriole members may attend board meetings (although they may be asked to leave temporarily during Executive Session). If you are interested in attending please contact a board member for information and/or check for Zoom meeting information sent via the Oriole club mailing list.

Board of Directors Forum:

In addition to the scheduled monthly meetings, the Board also meets as needed via an online Forum to resolve timely issues of club business.  Robert’s Rules of Order are observed and the results of Forum voting are published here following each such vote.
