Oriole’s No Speed Limit and Scallywags Flyball Racing Teams invite you to drop in this summer during one of our regular flyball training classes.  If your dog is already trained and racing on a team, you can drop in and race along with us!

Not sure what flyball is?  Drop in yourself (without your dog please – flyball can be a bit stimulating the first time your dog sees it) and get a sense of what flyball racing is and how we train here at Oriole.

FMI: Contact Carle Lee Detweiler for information on the No Speed Limit Thursday night class and Kate Bobb for information on the Scallywags Friday night class.

The premium for the May 20-21, 2017 Artful Dodgers USDAA trial in Millersville, MD is now available on-line at

http://usdaa.com/entryforms/MD0170107656.pdf

In addition to all the regular titling classes and games, this trial offers 2017 Grand Prix and Steeplechase qualifiers, a Masters Challenge Biathlon, and several classes which provide an opportunity for training in a trial setting.  Artful Dodgers uses rubberized contact equipment as well as 24″ weaves (MAD Agility bases) and displaceable tires.

The site is Hog Dog Productions which is acres and acres of well draining fields with lots of room to stretch out and walk with a nearby stream to explore.  Artful Dodgers is the oldest agility club in Maryland – this is our 26th year of USDAA trials – and this is the weekend we picked long ago and have remained with since for being the perfect time of year to be outdoors.

Entry fees for the titling classes are the usual, affordable cost of $14 per titling class (more for the tournament classes and the two round Biathlon).

For those new to the sport or those wishing to train a more experienced dog in a trial environment, Miscellaneous and Intro classes are offered each day.  These classes are designed for those who desire some ring training time in a trial environment or to introduce a new dog to the trialing experience.

As with all USDAA trials, entries are unlimited, as long as the entry is received by the closing date of April 30, 2017.
