Pre-registration closes this Wednesday, March 9 for Oriole’s Obedience run-through to be held this Sunday, March 13,  at the Oriole Dog Training Club. For your convenience there is an online entry form on the Run-through Information page.

Not sure if you’re coming?  That’s ok – we do take day of match entries (but there’s a slight discount if you pre-register).  This is a great chance to practice for the following weekend’s Dog Owner’s Training Club of Maryland AKC Obedience Trial held at the same site !

Entries are open now for Oriole’s Friday, May 27 Rally trial and Friday through Sunday, May 27-29 Obedience trial held at the Oriole Dog Training Club.  Trial services are provided by Clantyre Show Secretary Services.

Registration is now open for Oriole’s April 30 – May 1, 2016 Obedience Seminar featuring Bridget Carlson.  The seminar will take place at our clubhouse in Halethorpe, MD.

Entries are now open for Oriole’s April 10, 2016 AKC tracking test and will remain open until Monday, March 8. The particulars for this test, along with a link to the premium list, can be found on the Oriole AKC Tracking Test Information page.

And while at the trial, don’t forget to look for the signup sheet for the special, fun “Cow Palace Rush” class on Saturday.  A course of nothing but tunnels !

WHAT: Lots of classes to enter over 3 days:

• Standard, Jumpers with Weaves, and FAST all three days
• Time 2 Beat on Friday and Saturday
• Premier Jumpers With Weaves on Saturday
• Premier Standard on Sunday
• Non-regular Tunnelers game on Saturday

This trial is being held in conjunction with the 15th annual World of Pets Expo. The energy level is high and the shopping is awesome!! 🙂

WHERE:  Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Maryland.  The trial surface is Agileflex matting which has received many good reviews from both our judges and competitors for its traction, comfort,  and shock absorbency.

There are still runs available all three days directly from our trial secretary, Clantyre Show Secretary Services!! Runs are also available online at Labtestedonline.com. The trial closes on Friday, January 15.

Oriole is having Terry Herman for 2 one-day seminars on February 20  & 21, 2016 that will help you and your dog improve your performance with these two critical handling issues.

Terry Herman has been competing in agility since 1989 & teaching since 1990. She has had placements in USDAA, NADAC, & AKC Nationals with miniature poodles & Portuguese Water Dogs. Terry and Idgie (her poodle) were members of the 2014 WAO, EO & AKC World Teams. They were on the podium at the 2015 AKC Nationals, UKI US Open & USDAA Cynosports.  Terry is currently competing at the Masters level with Idgie & her young PWD Dory.
