Due to the rapidly evolving situation and recent government actions regarding the COVID-19 virus, the Board of Directors and the trial committees of the Oriole Dog Training Club have arrived at the following decisions:
Updated 3/17/2020. The NACSW has notified us that the following events must be cancelled as part of their initiative to cancel all such events across the country:

As our winter semester was concluding at this time, the club is in its normal paused state between semesters. This pause will be lengthened by a few weeks and the Spring Semester for training classes will not start before April 13.

Full or partial refunds for the announced cancellations will be made. Students and exhibitors, please wait to be contacted with refund information.

During this period of pause, the training building will have only limited usage:

The Board of Directors will continue to monitor current events and directives from the local health authorities and will update plans as required.
Unfortunately, we must cancel the Rosanne DeMascio Wesemann seminars scheduled for March 14-15. Refunds will be given to those registered. Questions can be directed to Sheila Mehring at ODTCSeminars@aol.com.

Entries are now open for Oriole’s March 29, 2020 AKC Tracking Dog and Tracking Dog Excellent test and will remain open until Thursday, March 19. The particulars for this test, along with a link to the premium list, can be found on the Oriole AKC Tracking Test Information page.
Join us on March 1, 2020 for a seminar on the obedience program provided by Companion Dog Sports Program (CDSP). The seminar will be presented by CDSP Judge Marguerite Plank.

Come join us this spring in climate-controlled comfort for our second April AKC Rally only trial held on Sprinturf in our training building in Halethorpe, Maryland! You’ll find the premium on our website under Events on our AKC Obedience Trial Information page.
This trial is limited to 60 runs/day and is open now.

The premium for our February NADAC trial is now available on our NADAC trial page, This trial features a double run format of Tunnelers, Hoopers, Barrelers, and Weavers on both days.
